Terms and changes

P.David E-Shop reserves the right to modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its e-shop, according to its needs and commercial customs. P. David E-Shop undertakes to inform users of any modifications and any changes through this website of the e-shop. Also P. David E-Shop reserves the right to change the content of the website (indicatively mentioned price, availability, photo, description, etc.), without prior notice.

Information and products provided

The online store P. David E-Shop is committed to the quality, completeness, and validity of the information provided on its web pages, both in terms of the exact data presented and the services provided by the online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or interruptions in the operation of the website for reasons of force majeure. At the same time, it reserves the right to change the content of the website without prior notice at any time and these changes shall take effect from the moment they are made and immediately published on the Internet.

User liability

The users of the P. David E-Shop e-shop declares and accepts that it will not use it and its content in any way illegal, unethical, offensive, or malicious. They also declare that the information provided by them when using the e-shop and its contents is accurate and correct. Finally, they declare that they assume all liability from the use of the e-shop and their account by persons not authorized by them, as well as compensation for any damage caused by this use, to P. David E-Shop and/or any other partner.

Limitation of liability

The P.David E-Shop is not responsible for any errors in prices, colors, features, or photos and reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is also not liable to users/customers for damages that may arise from the execution / or not of their order (except in the cases of the page "Withdrawal, Return & Replacement of Products"). It also reserves the right to the time of delivery of goods in cases of force majeure. At the same time P. David E-Shop provides the content (e.g. information, names, names, photos, illustrations), products, and services available through the website exactly as they are. In no case does the online store P. David E-Shop is not liable for any legal or civil and/or criminal claims nor for any damage (positive, special, or consequential, which is indicative and not limited, disjunctive, and/or cumulative consisting of loss of profits, data, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, loss of customers, business interruption, etc.) from visitors to the website or third parties for reasons related to the operation or not and/or use of the website and/or inability to provide.

In cases of Withdrawal, Return, or Cancellation of an order, all terms as stated on the page "Withdrawal, Return & Replacement of Products" are followed and you agree to them. In cases of a defective product, you must contact a P. David E-Shop representative and you will be promptly assisted by replacing the faulty product or getting your money back as stated on the "Withdrawal, Return & Replacement of Products" page.

 

Shipping of goods is on behalf and at the customer's risk if required. P. David E-Shop is not responsible for defects or poor quality of third-party products made available to its customers because the goods are received from their suppliers and/or manufacturers, and packaged in sealed boxes.

 

Also, P. David E-Shop is not bound for the availability of products, as indicated in the online store, but undertakes the obligation to inform users in case the availability of a product ordered is different from that indicated on the website.

 

Finally, if the shipping address is considered by the carrier/courier inaccessible or remote, P. David E-Shop has the right to cancel the transaction, after informing users.

Availability

In cases where the products you have ordered are not available, you will be informed by e-mail or by telephone about the exact delivery time. If you agree to the new delivery time you must inform us by e-mail or telephone that you are aware of this and wish your order to remain active. If the new terms of delivery do not satisfy you, your order will be canceled.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products or services to you within the specified time, we will inform you to let you know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.

Protection of personal data

To make purchases from the P.David E-Shop online store, but also to ensure the possibility of communication and information with you, you will be asked to provide the necessary personal data to verify your identity and to carry out your transactions with the necessary security. The information that will be requested is your full name, your email address, the address to which your order will be sent, and your telephone number. If your transaction is made by credit card, you will be asked for the card number and expiry date.

David E-Shop online store is used exclusively by the P. David E-Shop or its affiliated companies to support, promote and execute the transaction relationship. Your data will not be given under any circumstances to other companies or institutions without your permission.

 

The data kept in the file may be disclosed to the competent judicial, police, and other administrative authorities upon their legitimate request and by the applicable legal provisions. 

 

The online store P. David E-Shop operates by the current Greek and EU legislation and keeps your data safe for as long as you are registered to a service of P. David E-Shop which is deleted after the termination of the transaction relationship in any way.

 

P.David E-Shop provides the possibility for any user who no longer wishes to use the website and the services provided by it, to submit a request for deletion from its file. In this case, the personal data and data of the user are deleted and cease to be used.
